Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products under any circumstances
• All opened items are final sale
• Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email maisonalexandriaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is approved, our support team will provide return authorization and detailed instructions.
Items must be securely packaged and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Maison Alexandria is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original form of payment.
A $10 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.
